Power BI Analyst

Our client is a growing company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Power BI:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards, by combining advanced DAX functions, complex measures and efficient data modeling techniques.


• Optimize report performance for large datasets, ensuring efficient data loading, processing, and visualization.


• Implement various security measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.


• Create compelling and informative data visualizations for stakeholders.


• Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure reliability of data.

Expert & Coach:

• Work directly with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration.


• Coach junior data analysts on Power BI best practices and advanced techniques.


• Actively participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of the team's expertise.

Technical Skills & Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.


• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI development.


• Good knowledge of data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling and star schema design).


• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.


• Advanced SQL skills.


• Knowledge of data security best practices is a plus.


• Certified in Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Data passionate.


• Fluency in French and English. Other languages are a plus.
