Our client is an internationally renowned company in the logistics and manufacturing sector.
Your daily tasks include:
- Recording orders received from sales representatives and forwarding them to production.
- Organizing the transport of products from our factories in Europe to construction sites.
- Tracking orders and informing customers of delivery dates.
- Handling invoicing after delivery.
- Managing the phone switchboard and directing calls based on requests.
- Working in an ERP environment (M3) and managing stress effectively.
- Collaborating within a team of 2 to 3 people, optimizing task distribution.
- Learning quickly to achieve full autonomy in your tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being the primary interface between the client and our factories in Europe. Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
- Managing customer orders in the ERP (M3).
- Creating orders, sending confirmations, and handling customer invoicing.
- Organizing transportation.
- Managing delivery timelines and communicating with customers.
- Handling the telephone switchboard.
