This partnership is dedicated to the development, production, and commercialization of ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel), with the aim of redefining immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of cleanroom production, performing a range of operational tasks to produce clinical and commercial-grade ATMPs. From cell culture and purification to finishing and cryopreservation, your meticulous attention to detail and adherence to SOPs are crucial.

You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize processes, implement continuous improvements, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. Clear communication, flexibility, and a proactive mindset are essential as you navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are seeking candidates with a passion for biotechnology and a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience within a aseptic environment. Knowledge of aseptic techniques, strong analytical skills, and a can-do attitude are essential. Fluency in English and Dutch, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, is required. Additionally, weekend and shift work should pose no problem for you.
