Controller
Robert Half is currently recruiting a Controller (m/v/x) to join an innovative hotel group with offices located in Antwerp.
As a Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of the group.

The scope of responsibilities for this job include:
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports for operational companies;
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for both OpCos and the Hotel Group;
- Support the preparation of financial statements and documentation for the annual audit;
- Oversee invoice processing and accounting;
- Provide OpCo financial data and insights for acquisition business plans;
- Monitor and improve financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance;
- Manage credit applications and oversee the credit portfolio for all (daughter) companies;
- Support the CEO with ad hoc financial analyses.

Profiel
The requested qualifications for this job include:
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or have equivalent experience;
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills;
- Excellent communicator in Dutch and English (French is a plus);
- Well-structured and detail-oriented but with a hands-on and no-nonsense mentality;
- Excellent analytical and organizational ability;
- Always on the look-out for optimization in workflows and processes.
