Modern Workplace Engineer

Who are you in our On IT! Story? In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration within an organization. You ensure seamless integration of various technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Key responsibilities

• Expertise:
  Implement, and manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, and other relevant technologies.
  Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of workplace technologies.
  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workplace technologies.
  Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Collaborationandcommunication:
  Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
  Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored Modern workplace solutions.
  Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance.
• Innovationandimprovement:
  Automate and streamline workplace processes using tools like PowerShell, Microsoft Power Automate, and other scripting languages.
  Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in modern workplace solutions.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience
• Experience:
  Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  Experience with Azure Entra and Intune.
  Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Skills:
  Certifications in Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator)
  Experience with Endpoint Management and security.
  Knowledge of network and security best practices in a modern workplace environment.
  Fluent in NL/FR/UK
