Events and Marketing Assistant - FMCG - Brussels (M/F/X)

As Events & Marketing Assistant you will:
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, handling logistics, venues, and vendors.
- Marketing Support: Help implement promotional strategies for events, including social media and email campaigns.
- Budget Management: Track event budgets, manage expenses, and assist with invoicing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for attendees, sponsors, and suppliers.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze event data to evaluate performance and improve future efforts.
Profiel
A successful Events & Marketing assistant should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Event or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing and/or Events
- Perfect command of Dutch & French
- A hand's on mentality
- Good analytical skills & communicative skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
