Product Manager - FMCG Food - Private Label
Functieomschrijving
As the successful European Product Manager - Bakery & Pastries supplies - Private Label, you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic and operational product strategy for our pastry products
Oversee the entire product life cycle (PLC) from strategy to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead new product development (NPD) from concept to market launch.
Conduct market intelligence research on consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Assistant to execute the approved action plan efficiently.
Evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and recommend improvements.
Manage the product portfolio while considering the product life cycle and market positioning.
Enhance brand awareness and ensure strong product recognition across markets.
Provide product training and presentations to sales teams and clients.
Act as a liaison between various departments (Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales) to facilitate the implementation of product strategies.
Profiel
As the successful European Product Manager - Bakery & Pastries supplies - Private Label, you will have the following requirements:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the food industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
