We are seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen and grow our acceptance network. Your mission? As Key Account Manager Acceptance network at Monizze you will be responsible for strategically managing the relationship with key retail customers with the aim to grow our acceptance network, increase revenues, identify and close up/cross selling opportunities, and optimize visibility. Reporting to the Head of Account Management and Acceptance network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the affiliation business unit. You will work closely with the affiliation sales team and other stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue opportunities. Your responsibilities? 1. Customer Success Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Head of Account Management and Affiliation to develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase visibility, revenues, and up-cross selling opportunities with key retail customers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities targeted towards key customers.
2. Relationship Management:
- Be the Monizze/customer advocate and primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify and pursue up-cross selling opportunities with key customers.
3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilise data and reporting tools to track and measure the performance of key retail customers.
- Be the ear and mouth of the market and provide regular reports to the Commercial leadership team highlighting achievements, market trends, challenges, and best practices.
