Junior HR Coordinator

- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for training sessions and workshops
- Maintain and update records of training attendance, outcomes, and feedback
- Assist in developing training content and support trainers during sessions
- Gather feedback and generate reports on training effectiveness and completion rates
- Provide administrative support, including managing purchase requisitions and orders
- Assist with recruitment processes, from scheduling interviews to maintaining records
- Organize onboarding, team-building, and HR-related events, including wellbeing initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries and support HR project implementation initiatives
- Open to jump on other tasks that are not in the description, if necessary
Profiel
- Bilingual in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English
- An experience of 2-3 years as assistant, preferably in Human Resources
- A hands-on and positive mentality
- Proactivity in this position is key!
- Being able to prioritize the tasks and requests
