As a administrative clerk you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for
delivering the highest quality of service to an internationally dedicated client base.The main purpose of your role will be:
- Assistant Fleet, and be responsible to follow up and answer incoming e-mails for 3 weeks
- Administrative tasks of our shipping and rail team
Key responsibilities Fleet: - Release available chassis to starting drivers in consultation with continent planning
- Follow-up on chassis damage to organize repairs at ICTS
- Follow-up inspection and chassis that require maintenance and have them brought to ICTS workshop in a timely manner
- Follow-up fleet mailbox,
- Books securing material (straps, corner protectors, anti-slip mats and the like) at the relevant shops
- Where possible, submit claims to carriers/customers regarding damage caused by them so that we can invoice the costs at a later date
- Record chassis costs in spreadsheet
- Have chassis rental invoiced to carriers/customers on a weekly basis
- Organize repairs of swap body containers in the event of rejection on the quay
- Follow up on swap modifications
