- Customer engagement:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Providing technical information and support to customers.
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Regularly following up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
Responding to customer inquiries and providing detailed information about products and services. - Market and product knowledge:
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Working with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Sales management:
Handling the administrative aspects of sales, such as processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure a fluent process from receiving orders, data entry, checks, order information and coordination with other departments. Then to tracking, issue resolution and documentation.
Profiel
- Education:
Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience
Experience in our sector is a significant advantage.
Previous experience in sales, particularly in an inside sales role, is required. - Skills
Understanding of ICT products and services, including software, hardware, and
telecommunications
Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Skills in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Fluent in NL/FR/ENG
