Business Analist (Business Analysis)

Functieomschrijving

The Business Analyst will support a major B2B transformation program within our Operations. The role involves organizing and managing various tasks within B2B Operations to ensure smooth execution of the transformation.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the team manager on the B2B transformation program.
Organize and manage smaller roadmaps within Delivery.
Forecast and document changes in Jira.
Coordinate with delivery teams and BEAT (Business Excellence and Acceleration Tribe).
Prepare and conduct meetings, workshops, and ceremonies.
Document and manage the process landscape for B2B Operations

Profiel

Requirements & Qualifications:

Approx. 10 years of experience in business analysis, process management, project management, and agile way of working.
Experience in telecom is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Must have skills:

Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and bring structure.

Nice to have skills:

Knowledge of LeanIX.
Experience in change management and transformation programs.
