Our client, a rapidly expanding retail company, is looking for a Product Owner - Finance to drive the evolution of its financial systems and processes across Europe. This is a strategic role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation within the finance domain.

• Define and prioritize the finance product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.


• Lead the continuous improvement of financial systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to identify needs and implement solutions.


• Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical teams, translating financial needs into system functionalities.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices across different European markets.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Proven experience (2 - 5 years ideally) as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in finance-related projects.


• Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems (ERP, accounting, reporting tools, etc.).


• Experience working in a retail or fast-paced environment is a plus.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.


• Fluent in French and English
