Hybrid Cloud Engineer

Who are you in our On IT! Story? Our hybrid cloud engineers are responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of both cloud-based and on-premiseIT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure cloud services as well as traditional on-premisesystems, to ensure seamless integration and optimalperformance.

• Hybrid Cloud Management:
  Oversee the deployment configuration and maintenance of Azure cloud services.
  Manage on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage and networking.
  Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all IT systems.
  Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Project Management:
  Execute migration projects??
  Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
• OptimizationandInnovation:
  Continuously seek opportunities to improve infrastructure efficiency and performance
  Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in hybrid cloud technologies.

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience:
  Proven experience in managing Azurecloud services and on-premiseinfrastructure.
  Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
  Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration.
  Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
  Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Skills:
  Certifications in hybrid cloud technologies (Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure administrator and Veeam, VMWare, Terraform)
  Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  Knowledge of network and security best practices in hybrid cloud environments.
  Fluent in NL/FR/UK?
