Talent Acquisition Partner
Functieomschrijving
- Owning the end-to-end hiring process, from strategic conversations with hiring managers to making impactful hiring decisions.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates using innovative and creative methods beyond traditional recruitment approaches.
- Providing expert insights on the talent market, advising and guiding managers on hiring strategies and candidate selection.
- Contributing to recruitment projects that enhance efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and support long-term business goals.
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines by maintaining relationships with potential candidates and leveraging networking events, social media, and industry connections to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
- Collaborating with employer branding initiatives to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities through social media, events, and targeted recruitment marketing strategies.
Profiel
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent by experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency setting. Experience hiring for sales or customer service roles is a plus.
- A strong networker with the ability to uncover hidden talent and engage passive candidates.
- Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
