• Advise and guide international and local employers on Belgian labor law, including employment contract termination, work regulations, and cross-border employment.


• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and confidentiality.


• Draft clear, solution-oriented legal advice and communicate complex concepts effectively.


• Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing through newsletters, articles, and training sessions.

• Master's degree in law with a strong interest in Belgian labor law.


• Excellent command of English and French; good knowledge of Dutch.
