• Build strong relationships with managers to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Support HR administration processes, including contracts, personnel administration, and payroll preparation.


• Lead and contribute to international HR projects, bringing fresh ideas to the table.


• Create an engaging and positive work environment that drives motivation and team spirit.


• Ensure compliance with Belgian labor law while keeping HR processes efficient and people-friendly.

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Fluent in French, English, and Dutch


• At least one year of experience in HR and are eager to keep learning.
