As an HR Representative, you'll report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with your colleague HR Business Partner. You'll collaborate closely with dedicated departments, partnering with leaders and team members to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role offers diverse HR experience, allowing you to gain expertise in various HR disciplines.
Make a real impact! In this role, you will: - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless business operations, handling a variety of HR tasks and processes, including company cars, insurances, and employee surveys.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, from onboarding and performance management to legal compliance.
- Drive effective communication initiatives, including newsletters and updates on policies and changes, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Partner with various departments, providing dedicated HR support and expertise.
- Foster strong relationships with unions and syndical delegates, playing a key role in the collective labor agreement (CLA) process.
- Champion talent development and succession planning by consulting on career paths, skill development opportunities, and growth plans for our teams.
- Be a change agent! Lead and participate in exciting (inter)national projects focused on talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, employee engagement, wellbeing, sustainability, future of work, and process optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with our HR Center of Excellence (Global Workforce Operations) to leverage expertise and best practices.
