Group Reporting & System Manager

Our client is an international chemical group located in Ottignies.

As a key player in an international chemical group, the Group Reporting & System Manager will be responsible for optimizing reporting processes, automating data flows, and harmonizing reporting standards across subsidiaries. Acting as a bridge between Finance and IT, this role requires a strong SAP expertise with a solid financial and controlling background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize financial reporting processes and drive automation initiatives.
• Lead the transition from Excel-based reporting to SAP-based solutions.
• Harmonize reporting and financial processes across global subsidiaries.
• Act as the interface between Finance and IT to ensure seamless system integration.
• Support business teams with accurate financial data and reporting tools.
• Ensure best practices in financial controlling and reporting.
• Provide expert-level SAP support and guidance to finance teams.
• Travel internationally (50%+ of the time) to support subsidiaries and implement

Profile Sought:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand operational needs.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proven expertise in SAP, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and controlling.
• Willingness to travel internationally across different continents (50%+ of the time).
