The scope of responsibilities for this role as Payroll Officer include:

• Handle payroll for both workers and employees in partnership with the social secretariat;
• Manage and execute monthly payroll reporting;
• Oversee and ensure accurate time tracking;
• Assist in managing group and hospitalization insurance, keeping information up-to-date;
• Stay informed on social legislation and ensure it is correctly applied;
• Proactively seek opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes;
• Provide advice and support to HR colleagues on payroll-related matters;
• Engage in various HR projects as needed.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in accountancy, business management, or economics;
• You are analytical, detail-oriented, and precise;
• You can manage sensitive and confidential information with care;
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office applications; experience with E-Blox, Protime, and SuccessFactors is a plus;
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English;
• You work well in a team.
