DHL is looking for a temporary flight coordinator for the Starbroker team, the inhouse carrier of the company. On behalf of their network they contract airfreight capacity on strategic lanes around the world and more particular from Europe. They use part- or full charters as well as scheduled airlines.

Your tasks include:

• Operational follow up Control and manage the SBR flows of airfreight empty equipment (ULD control)


• Assist in solving customs and operational issues


• Operational follow up on administrative closure of StarBroker flights in the respective internal system


• Maintain operational contacts with airlines and ground handlers in follow-up of smooth operations together with our SBR flightwatch team


• Manage to assist in any eventual trucking operational requests and issues

Your profile:

• You have preferably a few years experience in Air freight and/or operations


• You have analytical skills and strong in administrative skills


• You have skills in working under time pressure and not afraid in taking ownership


• You are flexible in working hours


• You are a strong communicator and teamplayer


• You are customer and quality driven


• You are familiar with customs procedures


• You are apart from your mother language fluent in English.
