With more than 8000 employees, 70 branches and subsidiaries, we serve customers in more than 100 countries worldwide. Currently we are looking for a Finance Manager.
As a Finance Manager at RIIFO EUROPE, you will use your financial expertise and entrepeneurship to ensure that you advise and assist the board in all financial and strategic developments of the company.
You willl report to the Managing Director of RIIFO EUROPE and to the overseas Head of Finance at Headquarters. Specially you will:
- determine RIIFO's financial strategy together with the MD and ensure multi-year planning
- manage and control all accounting operations (billing, AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition,...)
- cooperating with external accounting companies
- be responsible for the periodic closing (VAT, Monthly, yearly), preparation of the management reporting and presentation of the figures to the board
- performing cost and margin analysis, update and deliver full P&L on a monthly basis
- be responsible for compliance management
- ensuring transparent financial reporting and continuous improvement
- be responsible for cash flow planning, liaising with banks and coordinating payments
- be responsible for all audits
- ensure adequate risk management and investment strategies
- develop future scenarios and realise strategic projects
- build a strong internal and external network
- implementing financial processess and take them to the next level

Furthermore, you can tick off following items:
- you have a master or a bachelors degree in finance or economics with several years of experience in accounting (in Belgium)
- you have experience with implementing and optimising financial processes and systems
- you know how to be compliant regarding VAT regulations within Europe and Belgium
- you have operational commitment and involvement
- you are fluent in Dutch and English, every other European language is a plus
- being fluent in Chinese is a BIG plus
