Export Agent

Our client is an international company active in the pharmaceutical sector.

As an Export Agent, you will manage the logistics and documentation required for international shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations and delivering exceptional service to clients. The position operates on a rotating schedule, providing flexibility and ensuring coverage during operational hours from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Tasks:

• Documentation Management: Prepare and review export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and company policies


• Shipment Coordination: Arrange and monitor the transportation of goods with freight forwarders and carriers, ensuring timely delivery.


• Customs Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet customs regulations by providing accurate and complete documentation.


• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipping schedules, tracking updates, and issue resolution.


• Problem Solving: Address and resolve logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies in a proactive and efficient manner.


• Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions, including shipment details and customer correspondence.


• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless operations.

We are looking for an Export Agent that:

• Education: A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


• Experience: Previous experience in export operations, logistics, or freight forwarding is a strong advantage.

• Languages: Fluency in English and French, with additional language skills considered a plus.
