We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital and Print Designer for a temporary position to cover a sick leave. The ideal candidate will be able to create high-quality digital and print materials while adhering to the company’s graphic guidelines. A solid understanding of both design and printing processes is essential, as we operate an in-house printing center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the communication team and other departments in the development, production, and implementation of projects.


• Create and propose engaging graphics (infographics, videos, posters, leaflets, banners, etc.) for publications and outreach materials, including social media.


• Manage the company’s printing machines, ensuring all workflow requests are delivered on time and to a professional standard.


• Support the communication team in the development and maintenance of web-based platforms.


• 
  

  Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, ensuring designs align with broader organizational goals.

  
  

• A diploma or degree in Digital Design, or a related field.


• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent design software).


• Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (or comparable video/animation software) is a plus.


• Familiarity with CMS platforms is an advantage.


• Solid understanding of digital printing principles, including calibration methods and paper grading.


• Experience using printing-related machinery, such as cutters, guillotines, electronic plotters, and heat press binding machines.


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.


• A proactive, do-it-yourself mindset with strong attention to detail.


• Familiarity with corporate communication at the EU level is a plus.


• Fluency in English is required; additional EU languages are an advantage.
