Role and ResponsibilitiesYour roleAs Clinical Application Specialist, you are able to demonstrate the functionality and features of Samsung Ultrasound solutions to new and existing users, train users, customize systems and advise customers on how they can benefit from new product features. Your focus is to increase awareness, drive preference and accelerate clinical adoption, whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long-term business growth in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for our Samsung Healthcare Solutions portfolio, with a strong focus on Ultrasound, but also including DR and Healthcare IT solutions.
Your responsibilities- Provide technical and clinical leadership during the pre-sales process by demonstrating full range of Ultrasound products, including product capabilities and benefits to customers and prospects to drive revenue within the region
- Serve as a subject matter expert, and clinical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening clinical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward
- Advance new product (NPI) features and clinical techniques; partner with customers to increase awareness, drive preference and accelerate clinical adoption
- Responsible for organizing and executing events in the region, including product demonstrations during workshops, symposiums, webinars, hands-on training courses, etcetera
- Support trade shows, conferences, symposia, workshops, etcetera by performing product presentations and demonstrations
- Build strong and lasting business relationships with all key opinion leaders and other influential stakeholders
- Regular contact with users to ensure the product/system settings are at the highest level of performance
- Continuous monitoring of the competition, trends and market landscape and developing strategies to improve sales and increase market share
- Support the creation of marketing collaterals, including success stories, white papers, use cases and customer testimonials
- Collaborate with Product Management for product-related feedback and enhancement requests
