This role is primarily responsible for the timely issuance of business-to-business invoices for Clinisys clients. To provide full administrative coverage of all sales invoicing and general administration related to projects and maintenance contracts. Build positive client experiences and improve internal processes. Provide support to Team Leader Administration and Billing.
Responsibilities:
- Sales invoicing
- Billing administration (correspondence, contracts, internal administration)
- Project administration and follow-up
- Customer’s maintenance contracts
- Centralink administration & billing
- Follow-up after-sales: ordering & invoicing
- To work effectively with co-workers as part of the team
- To be professional and knowledgeable in answering questions of customers
- Manage specific projects
