Account Manager - Spanish

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager with experience or a strong interest in IT.

Your responsibilities:

• Renew/expand the contracts of the largest customers through great relationship building and value-add throughout their lifecycle
• Uncover upsell opportunities within different geographies/business units, additional sales seats, and new products
• Clearly define and review the success criteria with the customers to ensure they’re performing as expected
• Prepare and present demos of “future state” opportunities for the customers
• Leverage sales management tools to track sales activities
• Sell to key decision-makers within organizations
• A strong partnerships with procurement teams, legal teams, and security teams in addition to the primary decision-makers in sales and marketing
• Identify customers at risk and provide the support necessary to retain and make them successful

• Bachelor or Master in a relevant field (IT, marketing, communication,...)
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role (B2B)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Good knowledge of office ICT (Word, Excel,...)
• Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships with customers
