As a Territory Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth within Belgium's manufacturing market. Your mission will be to identify, develop, and manage accounts, leveraging a customer-centric approach that blends digital and human elements. This role is crucial for expanding our presence and achieving sales targets in the territory. Market Analysis & Engagement: Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and engaging potential customers within the manufacturing sector. Customer Relationship & Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing and expanding customer accounts. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by effectively navigating sales cycles and leveraging negotiation skills. Product Expertise & Consultation: Utilize in-depth product knowledge to advise customers, aligning solutions with their needs. Collaboration & Feedback: Work with cross-functional teams, providing market feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. Professional Growth: Engage in industry events and networks to stay ahead of market trends and foster professional development.
Profiel
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (sales, communication, engineering…) Proven experience in business development, ideally within the software or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to position oneself as an advisor. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
