Senior Client Advisor - Investment Platform - Luxemburg (M/F/X)
Functieomschrijving
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will have the following responsabilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing timely and accurate assistance
- Offer financial advice and guidance based on client needs and product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and improve processes
- Assist with onboarding new clients to the investment platform
- Identify potential client concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Stay up to date with financial markets, products, and regulations
Profiel
As a Senior Client Advisor, you have the following profile:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a client support role within the banking or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of financial products and the ability to provide expert advice
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in Luxembourg and adapt to a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- A client-focused mindset, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with investment platforms and financial technologies is a plus
