Tasks:
Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering a personalized and efficient service experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvements.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.
Profiel
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist that:
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
