Service Manager

Service Manager
Description de la fonction
1) Managing daily escalation with our internal customers and the managed vendors to deliver solutions to incidents or requests.
Attend daily operations meeting for the teams & support communication & resolution with end internal customers & report back to management on status.
2) Support the IT leadership team in developing, visualising, managing daily business and kaizens for improvements in Service & delivery for our end Customers.
Monitoring of Service Now & Power BI on all Service Level agreements & activities & implement improvement activity ( i.e. Reduction bouncing incidents, proactive service program)
3) Educate IT&D Member & Vendors on Customer relations handling 4) On a regular monitor & report performance of our support partners and to identify areas for improvement and encourage them to develop solutions.
5)Actively prepare & support our IT ecosystem meetings on a regular basis & run our governance & reporting meetings towards our executives.
6) Actively execute financial tasks in our systems
All operations related to ORACLE finance system for remote
Profil
You have experience (5 Years) in an Customer relations co-ordination role in a call centre or similar environment.
You are able to train and coach other in Customer relationship handling.
You have strong planning, organisation, co-ordination, communication skills & enjoy working as part of a team and are able to manage your own work & follow up of tasks.
You are very familiar with Microsoft 0365 applications ( PowerPoint, Teams,)
Knowledge of Power BI , JIRA is beneficial, not mandatory
You are fluent in English
