Your responsibilities as HR OFFICER:
- Execute the People Excellence strategy and lead changes
- Provide advice to management on HR-related issues
- Manage employee relations and union negotiations
- Support HR processes (recruitment, planning, KPIs)
- Identify training and development needs
- Recruit and retain talent
- Ensure a positive work culture and employee engagement
What we are looking for in a CUSTOMER- & RESULT-ORIENTED HR PROFESSIONAL:
- Strong in administrative tasks and working independently
- Experience with change management and communication
- Knowledge of labor relations and legislation
- Energetic, confident, and responsible
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience with performance and talent management
- Knowledge of financial matters and workforce planning
