Product Manager

USG Professionals is looking for a Solution Manager for our client in Mechelen region. This can be either as a USG Project Consultant or on a freelance basis!

The Solution Manager for Managed Services will be responsible for integrating managed services into various product frameworks, collaborating with solution managers, and ensuring smooth implementation and operation.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with colleagues to integrate managed services into product frameworks
Work closely with sales, operations, and implementation teams
Ensure knowledge transfer and smooth transition from the previous manager
Drive the commercial activation of managed services
Maintain and enhance managed services offerings

Profil

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience in product management, solution management, or CVP management
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Experience with managed services, cybersecurity, and networking
Familiarity with ITIL processes

Must have skills:

Product management experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have skills:
