Program/Project Manager
Description de la fonction
USG Professionals is looking for a Program/Project Manager for our client in the Kempen region. This role can be either as a USG Project Consultant or on a freelance basis!
Responsibilities:
- Project and program management of integration processes and software implementation (Archibus).
- Monitoring and optimization of data processing in Tableau and Data Bricks.
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing data and processes.
- Communicating with various stakeholders to manage expectations and prepare reports.
- Identifying and resolving critical ‘pain points' (80/20 approach) in data and project processes.
- Implementing new tools and processes in collaboration with other teams.
- Actively managing project expectations and ensuring timely and clear communication.
Profil
Requirements:
- Experience with Tableau, Data Bricks, and Archibus is a plus.
- Strong skills in project management and program management.
- Experience with the implementation of software tools, preferably Archibus.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Structured working approach and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience in identifying and resolving bottlenecks in data and project processes.

- Project management and program management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to manage expectations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
