In this role, you steer a team of experts that is focused on policy development, models and strategies for ALM & Liquidity management. Experts in Belgium and in the local treasury departments of other KBC entities work closely together as one team. As Team Lead, you put your knowledge and people-management skills to good use at an international level.

- ALM (Asset and Liability Management): Managing the interest position and asset composition of investment portfolios to generate interest income in a responsible manner.
- Optimisation of the composition of the balance, liquidity and financing costs/mix of our subsidiaries and the group.
- Management of the short-term volatility of the profit-and-loss account and capital ratios by applying hedge accounting techniques.
The Belgian team works very closely with colleagues from the local departments in our other markets to perform the necessary processes end to end, at every step from strategy determination to implementation.
