Team/Executive Assistant
Description de la fonction
- Performing administrative and support tasks to the team (travel management, contract management, invoice and purchase order, visa reporting …)
- Providing administrative and logistical support for the manager's meetings: coordination of the agenda, organization of meetings & events etc. (venue, hotel booking if applicable, catering …)
- Budget monitoring
- Content support to working groups: agendas, minutes, presentations, action implementation and tracking
- Be the point of contact for some members of the federation
- Ensuring an optimal and effective response to various requests from the employees
Profil
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a Management/Executive/Personal/Administrative assistant role
- You already have an experience in Budget monitoring (this is a MUST have not a nice to have, it is very important)
- You have an excellent professional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, you have a good level in French
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and relevant computer literacy skills
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are proactive, adaptive and a real team-player
- Knowledge of the European Affairs landscape is a plus
