People Partner - 3 Month Contract
Description de la fonction
Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies and HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and stay updated on legal changes.
Support the General Manager and leadership team in managing the works council and unions.
Handle employee relations and performance management cases, advising managers when needed.
Assist in rolling out HR programs and initiatives.
Oversee HR administration, including vendor management, PO approvals, and budget follow-ups.
Profil
Mid-level HR professional with experience in Belgian labor law and HR advisory.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
Fluent in English, with good (min B2 level) Dutch and French.
Offre

Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time, 60% minimum).
