You manage a variety of marketing functions with a hands-on execution, and combine it with limited internal sales tasks.
This versatile job creates a holistic approach to customer experience, enhancing all your marketing efforts :
- Execute and coordinate all marketing activities with possible outsourcing of graphic design and photography
- Responsible for all content creation & copywriting
- Realise all marketing material (collection bunches, all kind of samples for customers and architects, customer sample books …)
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms
- Carry out all E-newsletters via Mailchimp
- Coordinate all visual activities (subcontract to photographer, search for locations & pictures, make videos…)
- Organise & maintain the picture library
- Manage & coordinate exhibition participations (lead booth builder, communication with the organisation, full practical preparation…)
- Develop professional HR vacancies based on input of HR and post them
- Direct CRM systems to ensure correct customer data for sales reporting & maintain customer records
- Work on extra lead generation for sales managers
- Organise company events
- Assist in product & brand management: create new products in ERP & maintain databases
- Perform a marketing budget and follow-up
- Limited internal sales for some dedicated accounts, to have a good feeling of the customer experience as well as the ERP
