For one of our clients, we are looking for :
- Inspire clients by providing professional and thorough hotel tours, highlighting the key features and benefits of our property.
- Create offers, contracts, service orders, and invoices with precision and within deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring impeccable follow-up.
- Use our sales management system to organize and optimize hotel operations (reports, space reservations, account management).
- Meet and exceed global sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Apply Dolce/Wyndham sales policies and techniques to maximize hotel occupancy.
- Work closely with operational and accounting departments to ensure the success of events.
- Conduct post-event debriefings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.
