Technical Lead Buyer - FR/ENG
Description de la fonction
- Manage the procurement of custom-made parts / component manufactured to meet tailor-made requirements and production needs (final products : production line, industrial system etc.)
- You are also involved in the procurement of commercial parts and raw material for industrial application in the steel & metallurgy sector.
- Negotiate prices, deadlines, and payment terms with suppliers while adhering to budget constraints.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely deliveries to avoid any impact on production.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to optimize quality, costs, and lead times.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to adjust orders based on needs and priorities.
- Track and analyze supplier performance, resolve disputes, and contribute to mitigating supply chain risks.
Profil
- Education: Higher education in supply chain management, commerce, or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years in industrial & technical purchasing/procurement, ideally in a production environment.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management expertise.
- Technical: Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Capabilities: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (professional proficiency).
