Logistic Coordinator (contract 24 months)
Description de la fonction
- General administration, print and dispatch of documents such as COC, DOC, Electronic COC …) related to finished units & follow up of dealer cases.
- Warehouse stock count administration and reporting.
- Extract data and submit environmental declarations (tires, packaging material & other).
- Reporting operational KPI’s.
- Communicating and coordinating relevant information between sales administration, the warehouse and other departments (internal and external).
- Participating in different projects related to logistics, transportation, distribution, and packaging.
- Assisting your logistical team colleagues and providing backup when needed.
- Continuously look for ways to optimize the supply chain, streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities and communicate them to the team lead.
- Administrative follow up of invoice processing
Profil
- Fluent in English, with a good knowledge of Dutch
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in Logistics or other relevant area
- Knowledge of SAP S4/ECC is a plus.
- Knowledge of customs processes is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, precise and accurate
- Works well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative, is problem solver and has critical-thinking abilities.
- Service minded and result-oriented team player.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team of professionals
