What will you do?
Recruitment:
* Profile candidates: Map out the experience, skills, and career aspirations of candidates.
* Talent scouting: Proactively search for talented professionals using our database and social media channels.
* Attend intake interviews: Learn various interview techniques and adapt them to different interlocutors.
Sales:
* Market analysis: Identify new companies and prepare prospecting actions.
* Strategic planning: Collaborate with the responsible person to optimize our database and develop new strategies.
Database management:
* Training & development: Attend training sessions to understand the analytical capabilities of our database.
* Data analysis: Use your critical and analytical skills to improve our database, analyses, and reports.
* LinkedIn management: Keep our database up-to-date and identify areas for improvement.
Communication:
* Strategic communication: Gain insight into our communication tools and strategies, and identify new opportunities within GDPR regulations.
* Research and implementation: Conduct research projects and launch your proposals during your internship.
