- Translate sales objectives into action plans to meet departmental goals.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to achieve planned turnover.
- Identify and contact prospects to expand the customer portfolio and increase sales.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts, considering product range, pricing, and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of products as agreed with customers.
- Act as the main contact for customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss and solve day-to-day problems.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and report on opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competition to provide up-to-date customer service.
- Conduct marketing activities to support the customer portfolio.
- Guide Account Managers in sales activities and customer interactions.
- Initiate new sales initiatives with HQ to drive growth.
Profil
- Experience with ERP systems
- Language skills: English (Spanish, French, German, and other languages are a strong plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Support Account Managers and sales teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
