Your tasks will be composed of the following elements.
> Design and improve, together with business and HR BPs, dashboards that deliver insight on different HR topics and support operational performance. (Absence, learning, recruiting, …)
> Translate business questions to workable and universal data definitions.
> Deliver easy to use data insights to managers and other end users.
> Engage with different stakeholders and support and enable end users to use the available reports and dashboards in the correct way.
> Support the team and the broader HR family in developing their digital skills and data understanding and help the business in translating the data into relevant conclusions and actions.
> Analyse data discrepancies and align with the reporting colleagues on possible optimisations and missing information and improved visualisation.
> Support the reporting team in defining a framework for tendence analyses and historical analyses after migration to a new reporting environment.
Profil
Important skills: - Level for all: senior /experienced minimum +5 years
- Comprehensive Knowledge of the different HR processes (Core HR, recruiting, Time &attendance, …)
- Bridging data and business: Translating HR data into business insights
- Stakeholder management & strong communication skills
- Dashboarding and data visualisation – act as a super user to train and support other end-user in their adoption of dashboards and digital tools.
- Data manipulation in Excel
