Event Manager

Our client is an international lobbying firm working in the transport sector. 

• As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and managing various events for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:


• Event Planning and Management: Overseeing the complete execution of events (seminars, conferences, trade shows, product launches, etc.) from concept to completion.


• Budget and Resource Management: Monitoring allocated budgets, ensuring financial constraints are met while maintaining high-quality service.


• Vendor Coordination: Selecting and negotiating with service providers (venues, caterers, entertainers, technicians, etc.).


• Logistics Planning and Execution: Coordinating teams beforehand, overseeing setup, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution on the event day.


• Creative and Strategic Planning: Proposing innovative concepts to make each event unique and tailored to client needs.


• Follow-up and Reporting: Analyzing event outcomes (client feedback, financial performance, etc.) and providing recommendations for future improvements.

We are looking for a highly organized candidate with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be both creative and autonomous while being an excellent team player.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in event management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in office tools and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Trello, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong stress management and multitasking abilities.

Fluency in English is a plus.
