Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarters, the Business Development team is a dynamic, multi-skilled team responsible for the execution of Toyota’s Global warranty policy in Europe, between all stakeholders: end customer, authorized repairer, distributor, head office (Toyota Motor Europe), Toyota’s Global manufacturing plants and our Parts & Component Suppliers.

Warranty processes and systems cover a wide variety of areas, resulting in a large volume of manuals. This makes it difficult for users to find information they are looking for.

- You will be responsible to develop and execute a roadmap to support internal and external customers in finding needed information easily.
- Implementing effective and innovative learning & development solutions that inspire employees to continuously learn and excel in their role
- Support the process of creation and deployment of the yearly training plan
