Chief Accountant - Fast-growing Company - Brussels South
Description de la fonction
- Lead the accounting team
- Supervise all accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, Cost accounting, Treasury and fiscal matters, etc)
- Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process
- Coordinate the preparation of internal and external reporting requirements
- Develop accounting policies in regards to internal controls
- Assist the controlling and audit teams on ad-hoc requirements
Profil
- Bachelor in Accounting
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar position
- A first experience in people management is mandatory
- Experience in an international and/or publicly-listed company is an asset
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English
- Excellent knowledge of BEGAAP standards
- A first experience in ERP implementation can be considered an asset (not mandatory)
- Team player, with an interest in improving processes and acting as a change manager
