How effectively do we manage our risks? How could we do it even better? The Internal Audit Department helps all KBC Group entities find answers to these questions. As part of this team, your focus will be on the processes within the Financial Markets domain (trading, sales, controlling) and market risks (trading market risks, counterparty credit risks).

Description de la fonction
- You will perform audit assignments end-to-end to a high standard and respecting deadlines. Depending on the scope of the assignment, you will be a member or leader of a team of fellow auditors.
- You will identify operational risks in processes.
- You will make a case for why a particular risk has been insufficiently mitigated.
- You will back up your argument with data.
- You will present the insights gained from the audit assignment to line management. In doing so, you will persuade them to make change to internal controls or to how a particular risk is managed.
- When necessary, you can count on the support of the management team.
