Assistant Accountant

As our
Assistant Accountant, you'll be diving into the exciting world of numbers, helping us to keep our financials in good shape. Your mission involves the following tasks :
Accounting:
- Posting of incoming invoices for all entities
- Preparation of the VAT Returns
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing (cash, IC and loans reconciliation)
- Ad hoc Requests
- Support the team on the follow-up of the ageing AP and AR
Administration:
- Various classifications (folders, invoices, bank statements, etc.)
- Preparation of audit files
- Sales follow-up
- Administration linked to the companies (checks, follow-up mails, information requests, collect of production figures, etc.)
- Follow-up of invoices approval processes
Profil
What we expect from you :
- You have relevant experience in a similar function (1-2 years)
- You have affinities with jobs impacting the environment
- You are accurate and have a high degree of professionalism
- You have good communication skills, and like to share knowledge and ideas, going out of you comfort zone makes you stronger
- You are a good team player and you are respectful
- You are organised, pragmatic and solutions oriented
- You are open to work in a small structure and ready to adopt the Eneco strong corporate values
- You like varied job, allying accounting and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Dutch or French C2 level with a good knowledge (B1/B2) of the second official language
- Accounting Technician (Technicien(ne) en comptabilité)
- Experience with SAP or an ERP environment is a must
- Office 365(word, excel, outlook)
- Experience in an international group is a plus
