Administrative Assistant (m/f/x) for a client located in Zaventem.
What are you responsibilities as an
Administrative Assistant (m/f/x)?
- Work closely with the other members of the Admin Team to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Set up meetings to ensure an efficient and professional environment for all clients
- Cover the reception during office hours and deliver a great customer service experience when liaising with external and internal clients in person, on the phone or via email
- Bookings into SAP
- Assist with office supplies ordering and all kind of administration
- Support with booking travel
- Cover the monthly newsletter
For this position of
Administrative Assistant (m/f/x), the successful candidate will have the following profile:
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and- preferably a good level in French as well
- Experience in SAP
- Bachelor degree in Administration or equivalent by relevant experience
- Teamplayer with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Accurate and precise, eager to learn and willing to take ownership
